Reserving classes online ensures your spot in each class.

To reserve classes online, you must create an account & pay for the package/class to complete the reservation.

Walk-ins are also accepted if there is room in the class. If you are walking-in (without an account already) please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up your account.

If you already have an account, you can call us to book your class if you’re unable to get online.

The online schedule shows 30 days in advance meaning you can book multiple classes at once up to 30 days into the future.

Online reservation closes 30 minutes prior to the class start time.

If the class is full, you have the option to be waitlisted. In the event space does becomes available, waitlisted clients will be emailed up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time. It is then your responsibility to check your email to see if you’ve been added to the class to avoid a no show fee. You can cancel your waitlist spot on the Classes tab of your account page (there is no late cancellation fee for waitlist cancellations).

Class cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee.

In the event a class isn’t cancelled at least 2 hours prior/no shows:

  • For unlimited packages: a $10 fee will be charged to the credit card on file, or will be added to accounts with no card on file and must be paid before participating in future classes.
  • For 5, 10, or 20 class packages: the class will be deducted from your package. If there are no classes remaining, a $10 fee will be added to your account and must be paid before participating in future classes.
  • For single class (drop-in) reservations: the class will be considered used.

Unlimited class packages are activated on the day of your first class.

5, 10, and 20 class packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Payment must be received before participating in a class. There are no refunds for classes paid for.
