The Workout



Barre Fitness is a combination of ballet technique, low impact cardio, strength training, pilates, and stretching.


Specifically, we go through a series of workouts targeting arms, legs, seat, or abs utilizing the ballet barre, free weights, exercise balls and resistance tubes set to high energy, motivating music. The Barre method consists of small, isometric movements that target those difficult to reach areas like the back of the thighs, back of the arms, lower abdominals, and more. These small, controlled movements exhaust your muscles to the point of fatigue which causes them to shake. This is a good thing – it means the movement is literally transforming & sculpting your body. Barre Fitness is low-impact, and at many times zero-impact, making it a suitable workout for anyone. Our BARRE SQUAD is made up of all ages, fitness levels, shapes & sizes, and genders. Barre is safe for those recovering from or with mild injuries and is considered one of the best pre and post-natal workouts.
